Decision of the General Secretariat
The General Secretariat decided to grant this award to poet Mohammad Mahdi Al Jawaheri, for the high standard of poetry and his contribution to the cultural scene. He is the most distinguished representative of Arabic poetry, which also had a classic structure. Added to this is his contribution to literature, culture, journalism.
