Decision of the General Secretariat   

Dr Al Ali has contributed to establishing a new Arab school dealing with the comprehension of Islamic History. His style in criticism could be felt in some of his books, such as The State during the era of the Prophet PBUH, Baghdad, the City of Peace, and Studies of Arab Management and Sciences.
